Forestry Corporation of NSW

Forestry Corporation of NSW (FCNSW), like many other forestry organisations in the region, have traditionally relied on paper based docketing processes to record the delivery of product to customers by it's Haulage (supply chain) contractors. For many years this process introduced difficulties and inefficiencies relating to data accuracy and timeliness, with completed dockets taking weeks to be physically returned and be entered into back end systems.

This video shows how the Blink Mobility Platform has helped in-field workforce improve efficiency, have access to better data and improve workflows to FCNSW customers all while working in a low connectivity / no connectivity environment.
