Where does my OneBlink AI chat data go?
AI chat data is stored securely in a OneBlink MySQL Database so users can continue conversations they’ve already started. This helps create a more seamless experience, allowing users to return to their AI-assisted form-building journey without having to start again.
When a Form or Environment is deleted, any associated AI chat data is also deleted. Storing this data also gives OneBlink the ability to support future features, such as allowing users to view and revisit previous conversations.
My PDFs contain sensitive content. What will OneBlink do with them after AI PDF conversion?
PDFs uploaded for AI PDF Conversion are stored in AWS S3 and are automatically deleted after one day. They cannot be accessed by anyone within the account.
However, because PDFs may contain sensitive information, we recommend only uploading empty forms when using the PDF Conversion service. This helps ensure the conversion process captures the structure, fields and layout of the form without including personal, confidential or sensitive content.
Does OneBlink AI cost extra?
No. OneBlink’s AI Forms Composer and Styling Assistant are included in your pricing tier.
What can OneBlink’s AI Styling Assistant style?
OneBlink’s AI Styling Assistant can help style common visual elements such as fonts, colours, borders, margins, padding, spacing and overall form presentation.
It can also help align forms with brand guidelines and improve readability, contrast and usability. For more advanced or highly customised styling requirements, teams may still need to use CSS.
Can OneBlink AI help with accessibility requirements?
Yes. Styling Assistant can help review and improve styling choices that affect usability, including contrast, readability, spacing, layout and overall presentation.
It does not remove the need for proper accessibility review, but it can help teams identify and improve common styling issues earlier in the form delivery process.
Is customer data used to train AI models?
No customer data is used to train any AI models used within the OneBlink platform.
What happens if the OneBlink's AI creates something incorrect?
OneBlink's AI Forms Composer is designed to assist form creation, not replace human review.
Forms generated or updated with Forms Composer remain editable inside OneBlink, so teams can review the output, make changes, test the form and refine the configuration before publishing. This helps maintain control over the final form experience.
Can administrators control who uses OneBlink AI?
Yes. Platform Administrators can control which OneBlink AI features are available within their account, and can limit access to specific AI features based on environment.
This means AI functionality can be enabled only where it is needed. Team members will only be able to use the AI features available in the environments they have access to, giving administrators greater control over how OneBlink AI is used across their organisation.
